Strong is the new Skinny

Loosing weight makes you look good in clothes. Exercise makes you look good naked. Fit, healthy, and muscled bodies are by far better than skinny looking bodies. I am going to share with you today a good workout for all the ladies out there wanting to look good this summer. Time is running out, 2 more months only! I believe you can all do it!

Follow this basic workout everyday at home, no gym needed! You will see an outcome! 

From Monday to Saturday
  • 100 Jumping Jacks
  • 40 Lunges
  • 40 Squats
  • 100 High Knees
  • 40 Butt Kickers
  • 30 Side Lunges
  • 20 Leg Lifts
  • 100 Crunches 
  • Run for 10 minutes 
Sunday

Rest Day
